Refund policy

1. PURCHASING PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE

1. Returns and refund requests to Cali Shipping Health and Beauty are handled on a case-by-case basis. Opened packages or those outsides of original packaging cannot be returned due to food handling standards. Any return or refund requests must be received by Cali Shipping Health and Beauty within 30 days from the initial order date.

2. Refused or returned packages will be reviewed by Cali Shipping Health and Beauty. We will email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the return completion details - please note that a refund will not be guaranteed. Refused or returned to sender packages are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee.

3. If your package is damaged or your order is incorrect, we may require photographic evidence to help document the issue and process a replacement. These requests must be received within 7 days of the package delivery date.

4. If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please locate the code date on the package and provide it to our customer service team so we can trace the specific batch you received. These inquiries will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Return package shipping costs are not covered by Cali Shipping Health and Beauty. Refunds cannot be processed for packages lost in transit, shipping delays, orders forwarded or redirected in transit, insufficient/incorrect shipping addresses, or packages deemed undeliverable due to the carrier's judgment. Packages that are returned to our facility with no communication to our service desk will not be automatically refunded. Refund requests must still be received within 30 days of the original order.

2. SHIPPING GOODS FROM US TO VIETNAM

INSURANCE & REFUND POLICY:

1. Free insurance is applicable for all packages that are using Cali Shipping’s “sending packages from the US to VN” service covers 50% declared value for the shipping order, and can be up to $1000 ( from the moment your shipment already arrived at our warehouse). Insurance up to $200 for the total cost of the package is applicable for the service of buying American goods. For those not declared, free insurance will cover $3/lb according to shipment weight.

For the service of buying American goods, the limit of this insurance is a maximum of $ 5,000 of the order’s total cost (see Article 10.3 in this link).

2. Cali Shipping offers free insurance for our customers; however, items that are not accurately reported or illegal items may be confiscated by VN or US customs without prior notice and are not eligible for any refund. We are only responsible for refunding items’ costs that are accurately reported by customers upon requesting transportation. Moreover, our offered insurance is not applicable for items that are fragile, liquefied, or have an expiration date such as fruits. NOTE: We are not responsible for refunding expensive items that customers have not accurately reported to us nor items that have not been paid the required surcharge fee leading to confiscation and detention by government agencies.

3. Besides our free insurance, customers have opportunities to buy additional insurance either at a rate equivalent to 3% of the total order (up to $ 3,000), or 5% of the total order value (up to $ 5,000)

4. In cases of when your orders have arrived at our office in the US either damaged or missing some items after using our “self-bought US items” service, Cali Shipping will provide our support by representing you to claim and/ or file a refund and contacting the seller. If your items are damaged when using either our “sending packages from the US to VN” service and/or “Buying US goods” service, Cali Shipping will refund you for your loss according to the policy listed above (when items arrived at our office in the US and during our inspection process)

5. If you can prove that we’ve violated any of our policies during the shipping process that lead to confusion of the purchase or item’s condition, Cali Shipping will fully refund the buying fee, items’ cost, or your requested orders. In cases of damaged or missing items, please report to us immediately for proper handling and compensation.

6. Incidents such as loss of goods or damage during transportation are unacceptable risks. Cali Shipping always strives to cover such risks for its customers by always packing, inspecting every delivery or delivery. However, there are risks that can occur outside of the control of Cali Shipping (risks occurring during transportation, aircraft carriers, or customs warehouses …). That is why Cali Shipping advises all the customers to specify the details of all goods to be shipped.
